Wayne Osborne

CEO & Co-Founder

Wayne is a widely respected and successful leader within the Family Office industry, bringing 25 years of experience in the domain to Way2B1. He currently serves as CEO to a high net worth family in the San Francisco Bay Area in addition to proudly serving on the board of the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center. Wayne is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, where he received a Master of Divinity Degree.

Michael Sewell

Chief Technology Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Michael brings 20+ years of technology and business experience, with his background including several startups to publicly traded companies such as Amazon and The RealReal. He's passionate about using technology as a force multiplier to solve interesting business challenges.

Brett Abrams

Chief of Staff

Brett brings 8+ years of experience working with ultra-high net worth families, foundations and family offices in Private Wealth Management at UBS and before that at Credit Suisse. Since joining Way2B1 in 2016, Brett has worn a number of hats from BD to Product Management to Finance and Board Strategy.
